 Saturday and Sunday: Weekend Warrior is a 20 minute non stop Interval Based deep end workout.

Each Workout provides 5 movements/exercises that are performed at 2 minute intervals.  It is recommended to begin with 1-3 Rounds and progress up to 6 Rounds.

                                           1 Round is 10 minutes

  • Each Workout is taken at your own level
  • You create your own intensity
  • ​One is Either in "Recovery" mode, "Full Throttle" mode, or somewhere in between.
